Is that an S+ in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?

I've been using a lovely PDA2K from iMate as my main phone/PDA for a few weeks now, and I've been quite happy with it. Until yesterday.

I normally keep my phone (either the one that may be sold, but that I love; or this one [named Meerkat for the curious]) in my pocket, and have settled on keeping it in my front left pocket. The PDA2K has one 'feature' I don't like though. When I set it to keylock, and a reminder pops up, it turns off the keylock, and all the buttons are active. Yesterday, I was looking at my Inbox, and I noticed a number of people rejecting a meeting. That supposedly I had sent. That I hadn't sent. It seems that Meerkat (in a conspiracy with my pocket) had:

  1. Blocked off a 12 hour meeting
  2. Set a title on the meeting ("Kjt")
  3. Selected about 10-20 people in my address book
  4. Sent out the meeting invite

So, my question: do I report myself for infringing on CAN-SPAM? Or just my front left pocket?
