Don't you hate it when...

... you're working on a bit of code for a sample, you get into a great bit of Flow and finish the sample. Then you realize it's not showing one of the fundamental technologies it's meant to demonstrate? Gah. Just finished a (nice, IMO) demo for Ajax, but I forgot to include XML.
